Privacy Policy
Last updated 11 October 2026
How Enjoy Verse Ltd collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through this website. This is a draft for legal review before publication.
This website is operated by Enjoy Verse Ltd, trading as Enjoy Holdings, the parent company of the Enjoy group. For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, Enjoy Verse Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
The Enjoy brands, including Enjoy Events, Enjoy Tickets, Enjoy Radio, Enjoy Productions and Enjoy Coffee, operate their own services. Ticket purchases, the Enjoy Radio app and similar services have their own privacy notices, which explain how data is handled in those services.
What information we collect
We collect only the information needed to run this website and to respond to the people who contact us. This includes details you choose to give us when you use the partnership enquiry form or the contact form, and limited technical information generated when you visit.
Your name, company, email address and telephone number, where you provide them
The content of your message and the type of partnership or topic you select
Technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit
Records of any correspondence between you and our team
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to read and answer your enquiry, to route it to the right brand or team within the group, and to keep a record of our conversations. We may contact you about the subject of your enquiry.
We also use limited technical information to keep the website secure, to diagnose faults and to understand in general terms how the site is used. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision making.
Lawful bases for processing
Under the UK GDPR we must have a lawful basis for using personal data. For enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and in developing relationships with partners, balanced against your rights and expectations.
Where we need to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, we rely on that as the basis. Where we are required to keep records by law, we rely on legal obligation. If we ever ask for your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Who we share information with
Your enquiry may be shared with the relevant Enjoy brand so that the right team can respond. We also use trusted service providers, such as website hosting, email and security services, who process data on our behalf under written agreements and only on our instructions.
We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business, in which case we will protect your information in line with this policy.
Some of our service providers, and some parts of the Enjoy group, operate outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure that an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as an adequacy decision, the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK addendum to standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed to deal with your request and to maintain a reasonable record of our relationship with you. As a general rule, enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within two years.
Where information forms part of a contract or a legal or financial record, we keep it for the period required by law. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted or anonymised.
You have rights over your personal data under UK data protection law. To exercise any of them, contact us using the details below. We will respond within one month, and we may need to confirm your identity first.
The right to be told how your data is used and to access a copy of it
The right to have inaccurate data corrected
The right to ask for your data to be erased in certain circumstances
The right to restrict or object to our use of your data

Cookies, children and changes
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy. This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised, and we will make any significant changes clear on the website.
