In March 2024 the Enjoy group put 12,500 seats on sale at OVO Arena Wembley and sold every one of them. The artist became the first Romanian performer to sell out the arena, in front of an audience that had travelled from across the UK and Europe for a three-hour show.
A night like that looks effortless from the floor. Behind it sits months of work shared between the group's brands, each handling the part it knows best. This is a short account of how the pieces fit together. Nothing here is a formula, but the principles are the ones the group applies to every show.
Before the doors open
The project began with booking and routing. Enjoy Events agreed the date, the venue and the terms with the artist's team, and the production team built the schedule backwards from show day, covering budgets, suppliers, technical requirements, travel and accreditation. Every department received the same plan, so that decisions made in one place were understood in all the others.
Enjoy Tickets then put the show on sale with reserved seating, so that buyers could choose their own seats from a venue map. Sales were watched daily, and pricing and release were adjusted as the picture became clear. Enjoy Radio gave the campaign its voice, with interviews, previews and giveaways for listeners.
An arena night is thousands of small decisions, almost all of them invisible if they are made correctly.
The Enjoy Productions team
Show day
On the day, the team ran the building from early morning: load-in, sound and lighting checks, guest lists, accreditation, doors and show-calling. QR tickets were scanned at the entrance to keep queues moving, and the team stayed in constant contact from the box office to the stage.
For three hours the work was to make sure nothing interrupted the music. When the final song ended and the lights came up, the job turned to getting twelve and a half thousand people home safely. The same care went into the exit as into the entrance.
The experience shaped how the group works today. It is the reason Enjoy Productions offers the same planning and delivery to other organisers, and the reason Enjoy Tickets is built around the realities of a full house. It also reminded the team why the details matter, because on a night of this size every detail is seen by thousands of people.
